| HB52 scheduled in Senate |

| House Bill 52 relative to the regulation of massage therapists had a Senate ED&A committee hearing on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. It was recommended for passage with amendment, and is scheduled for a Senate vote on Wednesday, April 22, 2009. For more information on this bill see the Legislative Update news item.
